You'll take the lead on building out iconic and luxury retail spaces in malls for national brands—and help shape the future of this rising company.
Must-Haves as the Commercial Project Manager:
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial interior projects, ideally in luxury retail, boutique hotel, or high-end restaurant spaces

- Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor/vendor coordination
- Fluent in project management software and comfortable running meetings and reports
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
What You'll Do as the Commercial Project Manager:
- Lead luxury commercial build-outs from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality standards are met
- Coordinate directly with clients, mall reps, architects, vendors, and field teams to keep projects moving smoothly
- Manage subcontractors, procurement, RFI/submittal workflows, and project documentation
- Monitor job costs and progress, proactively addressing issues or delays
- Participate in site visits and maintain close collaboration with superintendents and internal leadership
- Uphold high standards of client service, professionalism, and accountability across every phase of the project
Nice-to-Haves as the Commercial Project Manager:
- Experience with brand rollout programs or tenant improvement contracts
- Familiarity with mall protocols, permit processes, and logistics
- Design-build or architecture background a plus
- OSHA or safety certification
This Role Offers:
- Competitive compensation based on experience and performance ($130K-$155K)
- Clear runway to grow with a hands-on, motivated leadership team
- High-visibility work with top retail brands and iconic projects
- A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves culture that values craft and accountability
- Support from ownership that stays close to the work and invests in your success
