This is a unique opportunity to learn from experienced advisors, get exposure to real-world transactions, and explore the various facets of commercial real estate, including sales, leasing, market research, and property analysis.

What You’ll Do

Work alongside experienced Advisors to assist with commercial property sales, leasing, and market research
Help prepare client presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
Gain exposure to different property types, including office, industrial, retail, land, and multifamily
Participate in client meetings and property tours as appropriate
Support business development and administrative tasks to learn the day-to-day operations of a brokerage

Qualifications

Current college student or recent graduate interested in commercial real estate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
