Job Description

This position is responsible to assist the Commercial Product Management team with the development and ongoing management of commercial products and related programs. Responsible for assisting continued development and growth of the products to be best in class and to increase sales, usage, and overall performance to maximize profitability and meet strategic business objectives. The position interfaces with various internal departments to manage all aspects of product delivery including,Treasury Management Sales, Business/Commercial Relationship Management staff, Commercial Services, Legal and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing product metrics to achieve revenue and profitability goals
  • Assist in managing product-related benefits and risk
  • Support the Treasury Management Sales team by answering day-to-day product-related questions as well as during the sales process
  • Assist in developing strategies to introduce new services and enhancements as technological changes are introduced in the market
  • Assist in coordinating marketing sales and usage strategies and incentives to achieve projected results
  • Manage various monthly report distribution including update of data and validation of data integrity
  • Assist the CPM team as needed to ensure product implementations and enhancement rollout deadlines are met
  • Ensure all banking and regulatory and compliance requirements are met
  • Maintain in depth knowledge of business banking products including market trends, new products and customer service initiatives
  • Conduct regular review of market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and benchmark pricing.
  • Assist in the research necessary to recommend strategies and goals for the marketing of products and services including pricing, market direction, product packaging and 
  • targeted marketing promotions and learn to serve as the lead report generator for product promotions and campaigns• Work with marketing and sales personnel to identify and provide the necessary collateral materials to support marketing efforts through all delivery channels including online and in person• Assist the department in maintaining a strategic plan to provide product training and support as needed to achieve Bank needs and objectives• Communicate product information, changes and enhancements across all customer-facing contacts within the Bank• Perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned

    Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, business, or equivalent education and related training preferred• Minimum one year experience related to banking or financial services required with Treasury Management Service, Product Management and/or project management experience preferred• Advanced organizational, analytical and problem solving skills including strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel required• Bank marketing and/or sales experience is a plus• Strong personal computing skills including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office required• Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills required• Detail oriented, ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and ability to work independently without supervision required• Ability to travel as necessary to perform essential job responsibilities required
