At IMPaCT Care, we specialize in partnering with healthcare organizations to recruit and hire community healthcare workers. We are currently hiring for a few opportunities with (Kaiser Permanente & IMPaCT Care) to fill these exciting new positions. If hired you will work directly for IMPaCT Care.

- Highly organized with strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent at working independently while being a collaborative team player

- Strong communicator with patience and cultural awareness
- Detail-oriented with sound judgment in navigating diverse communities
- Bilingual candidates are a plus if you speak Spanish or other languages
What you'll do: As a Community Health Program Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone supporting CHW teams. You'll coordinate program activities, manage data collection and analysis, and ensure smooth program operations across multiple sites.
- Support 1-2 Program Managers overseeing CHW teams serving hundreds of patients
- Schedule training sessions, team meetings, and community events
- Maintain program documentation, client records, and compliance requirements
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to measure outcomes and improve program quality
- Engage with community members, colleagues, and partners, including those who may be upset
- Will be responsible for enrollment of patients into the program
Requirements
- 3–5 years in program coordination, research administration, or equivalent experience
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Proven experience with data collection, analysis, and protocol implementation
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid driver's license, must own a and have car insurance
- Ability to travel to multiple locations across the Atlanta area
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment screening

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional evening or weekend events
Location: In-person, Atlanta area
