Job Description
The Human Resources Generalist supports the Sr. Executive Director in the execution of initiatives related to employee onboarding, document management, employee relations, and employee morale. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for community operation. Incorporates the Generations’ Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- HR certifications preferred.
- Must be pleasant, tactful, and have strong people skills with the ability to speak, listen, and understand people. Must cooperate well with others.
- Knowledge of Personnel Administration, Federal, State, and local regulations, and employment law.
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in the English language.
- C.P.R./First Aide certified within 30 days of employment.
