The Role
As the Compliance Lead for One Pass, you will oversee company-wide compliance initiatives related to program administration, with a focus on network integrity, quality control, and regulatory adherence—particularly CMS requirements. This role is pivotal in ensuring that One Pass continues to scale responsibly in the commercial market while maintaining audit readiness and program governance. You will not be responsible for operational delivery (e.g., IT systems, call center performance), but will lead the strategic oversight of compliance frameworks and risk mitigation across all One Pass offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance Program Leadership
Design and maintain a comprehensive compliance framework aligned with CMS, HIPAA, and internal regulatory standards
Monitor changes in federal and state regulations and translate them into actionable internal policies
Network Compliance Oversight
Ensure that all network partners (e.g., gyms, providers, aggregators) meet contractual and regulatory obligations
Conduct periodic audits and reviews of network sufficiency, accessibility, and quality
CMS Standards & Audit Readiness
Lead CMS audit preparation and response efforts, including CAP submissions and validation audits
Maintain documentation and reporting standards required for CMS-filed benefits and encounter data
Quality Control & Risk Management
Develop and implement network quality control protocols, including provider data integrity and performance tracking
Identify and mitigate compliance risks through proactive assessments and remediation plans
Policy Development & Training
Draft and enforce compliance policies and procedures across relevant teams
Partner with Training & Development to deliver role-specific compliance education
Audit Coordination
Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external audits related to network compliance and CMS standards
Ensure audit documentation is complete, accessible, and aligned with regulatory expectations
Provide legal guidance on employment-related matters, including recruitment, termination, employee contracts, workplace disputes, and compliance with labor laws.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or related field (Master’s preferred)
7+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, with direct exposure to CMS regulations and Medicare Advantage programs
Proven track record in leading compliance initiatives across multi-stakeholder environments
Strong understanding of network governance, provider contracting, and quality assurance protocols
Experience with audit coordination and CAP management
Excellent communication and policy writing skills
