This position will operate computer and peripheral equipment to process information. Assist end-users with computer problems. Monitor scheduling system for the successful completion of jobs as well as printing and distribution functions.
Essential Functions | ||
• | Monitor batch production process to ensure successful completion of daily production jobs and requests from users. | |
• | Perform system checks to ensure the integrity of all systems necessary to meet Home Office and State Office processing requirements. | |
• | Log problems into helpdesk system and assist users with problems as they occur. | |
• | Print and distribute reports to appropriate persons. | |
Additional Responsibilities | ||
• | Availability for additional hours and after hours on-call are required. | |
• | Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. | |
• | Regular and predictable attendance is required. | |
