Computer Support Analyst
Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC)
San Diego, CA (Point Loma) 92152
55-65K (Depending on experience) - Full-Time with Benefits
Start Date: ASAP
Monday- Thursday 9 hour shift 6AM - 4:30PM and every other Friday 6AM - 3:30PM
You will support computer/network systems/applications for a Research Development Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) network Tier 1 & 2 involving account management, connectivity troubleshooting and application support for an enterprise-level DOD network. Your work will involve responding to end-user inquiries via phone, a ticketing system, email, and chat. You will initially work remote and then on-site depending on pandemic safety guidelines.

REQUIRED
• Windows 10 experience
