Job Description

Concrete Paver Operator – Beaumont, TXSouthland Holdings is seeking highly motivated Concrete Paver Operators to join our construction team in Beaumont, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a company with a strong legacy of delivering critical infrastructure projects across North America.Responsibilities:

Operate concrete paving and spreading equipment to distribute and level concrete according to project specifications.
Control machinery to ensure proper depth, width, and finish of concrete surfaces.
Work in coordination with other team members, including concrete finishers, to ensure quality and efficiency.
Follow safety procedures and identify potential hazards while operating equipment on construction sites.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience operating concrete placing/spreading equipment or similar heavy machinery. Experience with Gomaco 2400, 2600, and 2800 preferred.
Background in heavy civil construction, particularly in concrete placement and finishing.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
