As a Foreman, your key responsibilities will be to direct and oversee activities of workers and subcontractors concerned with Highway construction projects. Critical for success are strong communication skills and leadership skills, and the ability to maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.

What it takes:

  • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED), and 3-5 years of relevant experience and/or training within highway/road construction industry
  • Heavy Equipment Experience (excavator, loader, etc.)
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or ability to obtain (desired)
  • Must possess a valid driver license and an acceptable driving record
  • Travel required
