Role Overview
As a Construction Estimator, you’ll inspect jobs, create accurate estimates using Xactimate (and Symbility), and build strong relationships with customers, property managers, and insurance adjusters. You’ll be a proactive leader, driving projects from inspection through approval and production, always embodying our core principles.
Responsibilities
·         Estimate commercial and residential reconstruction projects using Xactimate and Symbility.
·         Perform inspections, sketches, and photographs for all types of restoration work.
·         Negotiate restoration services and insurance claim settlements with adjusters.
·         Sell and obtain approvals for projects, moving them efficiently to production.
·         Establish budgets, process change orders, and review files for accuracy.
Qualifications
·         Estimating and construction experience specific to restoration required.
·         Proficiency in Xactimate required; Symbility experience desired.
·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·         Strong problem-solving, initiative, and goal orientation.
·         Valid driver’s license; ability to work an on-call rotation when needed.

Work Environment
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Office and field-based; ability to climb stairs/ladders as needed.

Compensation: $70,000.00 per year
