What You'll Be Doing
- Supervise construction site employees
- Oversee proper implementation of safety procedures
- Assist with the planning and scheduling of work to meet project needs
- Manage and optimize the operations at the site to include planning, personnel, equipment, quality, costs and maintenance
- Communicate and coordinate with Construction Manager to ensure work load is scheduled and performed to meet the needs of the project
- Performs other related job duties as assigned.
What Are We Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalency and prior relevant job experience
- Valid/Clean Drivers License is required
- Working knowledge of regulations and regulations and regulatory agencies, such as OSHA, EPA, and zoning law
- Understanding of the capability and proper utilization of machinery and equipment used in heavy/highway construction
- Willingness to work Monday-Friday Daytime and Night hours depending on project needs
