Job Description
We’re hiring hardworking Construction Laborers to support residential and commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone reliable, safety-minded, and ready to work in a fast-paced field environment. Concrete experience is a plus.
What You’ll Do
- Operate hand and power tools (air hammers, tampers, mixers, concrete saws, bobcats)
- Prepare and clean job sites; dig trenches; erect scaffolding; remove debris
- Assist skilled craft workers and follow on-site direction
- Position and secure rebar or mesh for concrete reinforcement
- Drive trucks or vans under 26,000 GVW for material deliveries as needed
Requirements
- Construction or concrete experience (preferred)
- Ability to perform physical labor safely and consistently
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
