Job Purpose We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee our team of Project Managers and manage the reconstruction side of our business. This role is based in our Mason, Michigan office and covers all territories, North Oakland County, Ann Arbor area and Mid-Michigan. The ideal candidate will have strong construction management experience, proven leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

• Oversee reconstruction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, resource allocation, and client management.

• Handle challenging client situations professionally and effectively.

• Track and evaluate team performance using KPIs to drive success across the division.

• Train Project Managers on budgeting and project execution.

• Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management

• Strong people management and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of budgeting, estimating, and reconstruction processes; Xactimate experience is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is desirable but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $85,000–$90,000, with bonus potential based on gross profit and sales
