Job Description
We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end residential construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role focuses on coordination, scheduling, quality control, and proactive client communication.
What You’ll Do
- Manage residential construction projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Oversee schedules, budgets, and project timelines
- Ensure work meets plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Communicate progress, changes, and issues clearly and proactively
Requirements
- Experience managing high-end residential construction projects
- Strong scheduling, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
