Job Description
We’re hiring a senior-level Construction Project Manager / Estimator to lead development planning, cost estimating, and construction execution. This role blends high-level project leadership with hands-on construction operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead development planning and construction execution from precon through closeout
- Prepare accurate material take-offs, budgets, and cost estimates
- Manage schedules, contractors, and cross-functional teams
- Oversee construction operations to ensure quality, cost control, and timelines
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and project teams
Requirements
