Job Description
We’re hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager / Estimator to lead environmental and remediation construction projects from bid through completion. This role combines detailed estimating with hands-on field coordination.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare detailed estimates and budgets for abatement, demolition, and mold/lead/asbestos remediation
- Plan and manage schedules, crews, subcontractors, and on-site activities
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee field operations to maintain efficiency and client satisfaction
- Track costs, change orders, and documentation to ensure accurate reporting
Requirements
- Experience managing and estimating remediation or specialty construction projects
- Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and multiple projects
- Clear, professional communication with teams and clients
