Construction Project Manager – I-5 Design Build
Location: Lacey, WA | Full-Time Salary: $160K–$200K (depending on experience)

Are you graduating soon or just starting your career in Construction Management? Or are you already an experienced PM looking for a bigger stage? At I-5 Design Build, we’re hiring Construction Project Managers who want to grow, take on exciting projects, and make an impact in the hospitality and gaming industry.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Work on 2–4 commercial projects at a time — casinos, resorts, entertainment complexes, and restaurants.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Support or lead project scheduling, budgets, and contracts.
- Travel to project sites nationwide (20–30%) while based at our Lacey, WA headquarters.
- Learn directly from senior managers (for early-career candidates) or step straight into project leadership (for experienced candidates).
Who We’re Looking For
- Early-Career / Recent Graduates:
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent training/experience).
- Internship or entry-level construction experience a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and a desire to learn.
- Experienced Candidates:
- 5–10+ years managing commercial construction projects.
- Proven success with complex, fast-track jobs.
- For All Candidates:
- Strong organizational skills and a team-first mindset.
- Willingness to travel and grow with the company.

- Competitive salary: $160,000–$200,000 (depending on experience)
