Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of restaurant and retail construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing multiple buildouts, remodels, and renovations within the restaurant or retail sectors, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, permitting, and procurement processes.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety and design standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks or delays.
- Manage change orders, cost tracking, and contract compliance.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and client specifications.
- Support the development of new restaurant or retail locations, including remodels, rebrands, and rollouts.
