Iconica is seeking a Construction Project Manager I to join our team in Summer 2026!At Iconica, we take a collaborative approach to design and construction, bringing architecture, engineering, and construction together under one roof. As a full-service firm, we focus on building strong relationships, thoughtful solutions, and successful outcomes—for our clients and our team.The Construction Project Manager I will play a vital role in supporting our construction management team and ensuring project success. In this position, you’ll be responsible for:

Facilitating clear communication of project requirements, coordinating meetings, and interpreting construction documents.
Driving project outcomes through cost control and proactive risk management.
Supporting project quality by preparing monthly reports, reviewing subcontractor scopes of work, assessing shop drawings, and resolving punch list and warranty items.
Delivering on client commitments by managing schedules and safety initiatives.
Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Qualified candidates will have the following:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Minimum of one year of construction field experience (internships or co-op experience accepted).
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Procore experience is a plus.
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High initiative and eagerness to learn.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
