Iconica is seeking a Construction Project Manager II to join our team!At Iconica, we take a collaborative approach to design and construction, bringing architecture, engineering, and construction together under one roof. As a full-service firm, we focus on building strong relationships, thoughtful solutions, and successful outcomes—for our clients and our team.The Construction Project Manager II will lead mid-sized projects while supporting senior team members on larger, more complex projects. Key responsibilities include:

Driving project success through effective cost management and risk mitigation.
Delivering high-quality spaces that meet performance and design expectations.
Managing project schedules, overseeing safety, and ensuring commitments are met.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to foster long-term collaboration.

Qualifications & Background:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
Four years of experience in commercial construction; prior project management experience is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with Procore is a plus.
Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities.
Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High initiative and eagerness to learn.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
