Job Description
AMLI Development Company has an opening for a Construction Punch for pre-closing punch work at one of our new construction developments in Dallas/Addison. Candidates must have the necessary skills and tools to perform all different aspects of the construction phase, including but not limited to:
- Light finish carpentry
- Adjustment of cabinet doors.
- Adjustment of interior/exterior doors.
- Drywall repair.
- Tile repair.
- Caulking.
- Window adjustments and replacement.
- Painting.

Requirements:
- Maintenance and Repair experience
- Previous experience in construction is a plus.
- Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs.
