This position centralizes and standardizes our project scheduling function. This role is dedicated to increasing visibility in projects, improving resource allocation, and providing crucial data for strategic decision-making (i.e., equipment procurement and scheduling).How You Will Contribute
- Create, update, and maintain comprehensive, resource-loaded project schedules from initiation to closeout using MS Project.
- Define and monitor the project's critical path to identify and report on potential risks, delays, and opportunities for acceleration. Working closely with Program Managers/Sr. Managers.
- Collaborate directly with project managers, superintendents, and Fleet Managers to gather accurate progress data and update schedules accordingly.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using MS Project (and potentially Monday.com / Excel Click formats) to communicate look-ahead schedules, project status, and key performance indicators to stakeholders.
- Analyze project schedules to forecast and level resource requirements (labor, equipment, materials), identifying potential constraints and bottlenecks.
- Conduct "what-if" analyses to assess the schedule impact of proposed changes and provide data-backed recommendations to the project team.
- Occasionally travel to job sites as needed.

- A thorough understanding of construction sequencing, CPM (Critical Path Method) logic, and resource management principles.
- Experience with collaboration platforms like Monday.com.
- High level of analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, clear communication, exceptional attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, charting, etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Required: Valid Class C Driver’s License; clean driving record
- Minimum 3 years in project management, project scheduling, or project controls.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
