Seeking experienced and professional superintendents to help build our team. Our projects include T.I.'s, ground up, remodels, shopping center renovations all within the commercial/retail industry. Our clients include many high profile names that we've had strong relationships with for decades. These projects are generally located in California, Nevada and Arizona, however the mid west is also a very popular spot for us. Traveling is a requirement that will be part of the job responsibilities.
Our benefits include full health, dental, vision and life (50K) insurance paid by the company, 401K is optional for enrollment. Per diem while traveling, mileage reimbursement and cell phone bill paid for.
Our goal is to add team members that are looking for a permanent home. We strongly feel that our company needs to be as good of a fit for the employee's as they are for us, which is why we focus on hiring the right individual and not just filling a position.
We do not like to place a compensation range on a position, but more so on the individual. Compensation varies by candidate and is open for negotiation based on value and experience. The salary listed is not fixed.
