Compensation: $79 - $94 / HR.,Job Title: Construction Supervisor / Superintendent IVLocation: Alpine, AlaskaSchedule: 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off (North Slope Rotation)Travel Note: Travel between personal residence and Anchorage is non-reimbursablePosition OverviewThe Construction Supervisor / Superintendent IV supports the Willow Development Project—one of the most significant North Slope developments. This position plays a critical leadership role in execution of a multi-year construction program that includes roads, bridges, airstrips, pipeline systems, power lines, vertical support members (VSMs), and the Willow Central Processing Facility (WCF).This role provides direct oversight for one of two major field work fronts spanning 85 miles. The Construction Supervisor leads day-to-day field execution, safety performance, contractor oversight, construction readiness, and delivery of all milestones associated with the Willow Pipeline and Powerline scope.Position SummaryReporting to the Willow Pipeline Superintendent, the Construction Supervisor oversees Contractor Field Supervisors, Construction Coordinators, and the field Pipeline Planner. This role ensures that all field construction activities are safe, compliant, high-quality, and aligned with project milestones.Key accountabilities include constructability review, readiness planning, contractor execution oversight, materials verification, field safety leadership, SimOps coordination, and effective communication across all stakeholder groups.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning• Prepare Construction Readiness Checklists for winter/summer campaigns• Review engineering drawings, permits, stipulations, constraints, hazards• Finalize yearly field construction plans• Provide constructability input to Pipeline Planners• Support construction support strategies (logistics, aviation, camps, materials, laydown, equipment, fuel, transport)• Promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and lessons learned across the Willow teamExecution• Lead Construction Readiness process and verify deliverables prior to contractor mobilization• Lead weekly planning meetings with Company & Contractor teams• Approve contractor mobilization after confirming all action items are complete• Ensure smooth transition of construction plans to field execution• Supervise all assigned field construction resources• Monitor contractor progress via KPIs• Direct contractor performance improvements• Ensure cost, quality, schedule, and HSE objectives are met• Manage interfaces between multiple field construction contractors• Participate in performance reviews and progress meetings• Oversee SIMOPS with Drilling, Completions, and Operations• Provide prioritization guidance for critical path activitiesHSE Leadership• Lead and promote a strong field safety culture• Conduct jobsite walkdowns; review THA/JHA• Participate in toolbox meetings and Contractor safety meetings• Enforce compliance with environmental and regulatory permit stipulations• Facilitate Predictive Indicator reviews to reinforce proactive safety behaviors• Participate in Behavior-Based Safety programs (BBS)• Support and model IFC (Incident Free Culture) behaviors• Recognize safe work, reinforce proper task planning, and promote positive interventionBasic / Required Qualifications• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.• 10+ years pipeline construction experience7+ years construction supervision / construction management• Proven ability to lead large construction programs safely and successfully• Proven ability to manage interfaces between multiple field contractors• Ability to work 2/2 rotation on the North SlopePreferred Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field• 5+ years Arctic pipeline construction experience• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills• Experience coordinating with large project teams and leadership• Ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent activities• Demonstrated collaboration across multiple disciplines• Strong relationship-building and influence skills• Adapts well to change; promotes innovation and continuous improvement
