Summary:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.- Hybrid (60% onsite- 40% remote)

Responsible for contracting and financial supervision/management of projects accounting and financial reporting. Tracks approved budgeted capital projects and manages budgets in excess of a million dollars. Coordinates departmental operations, documents preparation, information management, administrative scheduling, and financial reporting.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to all levels of the organization.

  • A background in accounting, finance, or a related field; a legal background or understanding of employment law is a significant plus.

  • A proactive attitude and a dedicated work ethic focused on accuracy and continuous improvement.

Required Education:

High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Recommended Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.

Required Work Experience:

High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a diploma/GED.

Description

  1. Tracks, manages, reconciles and reports expenses.

  2. Ensures the timely approval of contracts, requisitions, and invoices.

  3. Ensures contractors are provided the appropriate training, site specific guidelines, safety guidelines and badge access required.

  4. Administers contracts, change orders, and job modifications are properly accounted for and contract terms are met.

  5. Approves purchase orders.

  6. Manages budgets to keep projects within budget.

  7. Prepares reports, manuscripts, correspondence, meeting minutes and maintain records for regulatory review.

  8. Provides administrative support.

  9. Performs other duties as assigned.
