Contract Compliance Specialist

Contract Compliance Specialist – | $30–$35/hr |  The role involves reviewing and managing customer contracts (AIA documents and in-house agreements), ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, payments, and insurance requirements. Responsibilities include tracking modifications and change orders, coordinating with sales, accounting, logistics, and project management teams, and maintaining accurate documentation. Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) are required to succeed in this fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
 

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Review & manage customer contracts (AIA docs & in-house agreements)

• Ensure compliance with scope, timelines, payments, & insurance requirements

• Track modifications & change orders

• Coordinate with sales, accounting, logistics & project management teams

• Maintain accurate documentation & project records

🔹 Requirements:

• Strong organizational & communication skills

• Detail-oriented & able to manage multiple deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• 3-5 years of relevant experience​​​​​​​
