Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations (local, state, and federal).
- Manage and track contractual obligations to ensure full compliance.
- Support development and execution of Scope of Work (SOW) documents.
- Assist in progress tracking and performance reporting.
- Prepare and present schedule updates and status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience with Oracle Primavera P6
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder project environments
