Job Description
Please Read This Before You Apply
This role as it stands today is extremely demanding. If any of the following apply to you, do not apply.
Non-Negotiable Disqualifiers
You will not succeed in this role if:
- You want a remote or hybrid job. This role requires in-office presence to learn, lead, and implement change.
- You expect to direct teams before understanding how the business actually operates.
- You are the new kid on the block, even if you grew Amazon to a T, you still need to understand our chaos.
- You run meetings without clear decisions, owners, and follow-through. Meetings that do not result in action are a waste of time and money - dont do this to us!
- You don't run any meetings at all. Dont do this to us!
- You believe the numbers tell the full story.
- You ASSUME - Make an ass out of U and ME. Dont do this to us!
- You are uncomfortable being overwhelmed during periods of change. We are upfront: the first 90 days will be heavy, intense, and demanding. If you're really good, perhaps 90 goes down to 89
- You avoid conflict or accountability. This role requires enforcing standards and holding people accountable.
- You lack deep understanding of cost accounting and COGS complexity. Overseas manufacturing, domestic co-packing, landed costs, and inventory timing matter here.
- You identify problems but resist implementing change, or worse off, you don't identify problems.
- You are unwilling to be physically present in the office.
- You prioritize being liked over building something scalable and profitable.Discomfort.

- Learn the business end-to-end before attempting to run it
- Build financial systems, controls, and discipline from the ground up
- Define KPIs based on logic, behavior, and operational reality

- Create order, clarity, and accountability across the organization

You are not here to maintain. You are here to control, organize, and scale.

Note from the founders
We started in 2021 with a vision to build a respectable brand and change the perception of how people saw cannabis companies. We have always been inspired by Red Bull, Supreme, Off-White, and Poppi, which means that experience comes first. Sometimes EROI (emotional ROI) outweighs ROI for long term gains, and that can't always be seen on the PNL.This role will not be easy to begin with, but it will be worth it for the right person. If you execute, you will earn trust, equity, and a long-term seat at the table (And free really cool apparel)!
