THE JOB:
As a Security Officer, you'll be more than just a guardian – you'll be a friendly face ensuring our guests and team members feel safe, welcome, and well taken care of. From keeping a watchful eye on the property to delivering top-notch guest service, you’ll help create a secure and unforgettable experience. Ready to patrol paradise with purpose? THE STARTING RATE: $17.00 / Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Provide safety and protection for guests, employees, and company property
Uphold law and order at conventions in coordination with local law enforcement
Act as a First Responder in emergency situations
Escort and assist employees involved in cash control following established procedures
Answer guest questions and provide accurate information about facilities, attractions, shops, and food and beverage locations
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 18 years of age or older
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Six (6) months of previous guest services experience, preferably in a similar resort setting
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Ability to learn, demonstrate proficiency and effectively use defensive tactics and report writing skills
Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
