What You'll Do: 

• Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and quality standard
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow all health department regulations
• Monitor inventory, rotate stock, and store food properly
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, functional, and maintained
• Work with fellow team members to ensure resident satisfaction
• Cross-train in other dining service roles to support overall department operations
• Excel in a fast-paced culinary environment while maintaining attention to detail

What You'll Need:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a fast paced, commercial kitchen setting required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Senior Living required
• Valid Food Safety Certification and knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper storage practices required
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude toward residents, co-workers, and visitors required
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, and reach required
