Job Description

DUTIES:

  • Complies with regulations and procedures under the Wind River Casino/Northern Arapaho Gaming Agency.
  • Prepares and serves food with establish quality standards.
  • Communicates with the supervisor on duty for breaks, time off and early outs.
  • Responsible for maintaining time/temperature logs for refrigeration and warmers on assigned shift.
  • Responsible for maintaining sanitation and Safe Food handling during their shift.
  • Responsible for maintaining the appearance of the dining room, serving area and kitchen, these areas must be visibly appealing, at all-times.
  • Maintains supplies through duration of shift and hands-on for the Grill areas.
  • Communicates supply needs to the Supervisor, the head supervisor is responsible for food and supply orders with vendors.
  • Responsible for restocking all food items in all areas.
  • Responsible for putting freight away from the incoming food deliveries.
  • Must follow all policy and procedures for the department, and Casino policy & procedures.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Must attend all Mandatory trainings and meetings
  • Special projects and assignments as designated by the C-Store Manager.
  • All other duties as assigned.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 18 at time of hire.
  • Must be able to lift more than 25lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for duration of shift.
  • Must be ServSafe Trained.
  • Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization during the employment verification process.
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.

Must have a valid Wyoming Driver’s License
