Build Real Corporate Finance Experience

The IMPACT Corporate Finance Internship Program at Guardian Dentistry Partners (GDP) is a 10-week, hands-on experience designed for students who want real exposure to FP&A, M&A, and strategic finance inside a private equity-backed organization.

This is not a shadowing internship. You’ll work on live projects, partner with senior leaders, and develop the technical and professional skills needed to launch a career in corporate finance.

What You’ll Do

• Support financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting

• Build and streamline Excel-based financial models and tools

• Create executive-ready presentations for strategic initiatives

• Contribute to operational and financial decision-making

• Gain exposure to M&A, valuation concepts, and PE-backed reporting

What You’ll Learn

• How finance operates in a high-growth, private equity-backed company

• FP&A fundamentals, modeling, and data storytelling

• Executive communication and presentation skills

• Leadership development, emotional intelligence (DISC), and career readiness

Capstone Experience

Wrap up the program with a capstone presentation where you’ll present insights on a strategic topic such as financial performance, cost optimization, AI in healthcare, or future growth opportunities—showcasing your analysis, thinking, and professional growth.

Who Should Apply

• Rising juniors or seniors

• Majors in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

• Genuine interest in corporate finance, M&A, or private equity
