At Serve Robotics, we’re reimagining how things move in cities. Our personable sidewalk robot is our vision for the future. It’s designed to take deliveries away from congested streets, make deliveries available to more people, and benefit local businesses.
The Serve fleet has been delighting merchants, customers, and pedestrians along the way in Los Angeles while doing commercial deliveries. We’re looking for talented individuals who will grow robotic deliveries from surprising novelty to efficient ubiquity.

Role Overview
Serve is seeking a corporate paralegal to support the legal team’s initiatives. Successful hires will contribute to a wide variety of legal, contractual, and operational matters. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing shifting priorities in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with contract management and execution
Maintaining corporate records
Own entity management matters, including state and local license applications and upkeep
Collaborate with the Legal and Equity teams to support stock plan administration, including approval and tracking of equity awards
Maintain compliance calendars and ensure all key deadlines are met
Help coordinate legal operations across multiple functions of the company
Qualifications
5+ years of paralegal experience, with at least two years of public company corporate governance or securities experience working in house at a public company or law firm
You have a Bachelor's Degree and a paralegal certificate (or equivalent experience) required
What Makes You Standout
Experience with legal operations, including CLM software, is preferred
