Job Description
Burr & Forman has an immediate opening for a junior to mid-level corporate/real estate associate in the Atlanta, GA or Charleston, SC office. This position requires a J.D. degree and membership in the applicable state bar association. The Corporate Real Estate Associate will support complex commercial transactions, joint ventures, and financing engagements across a diverse portfolio of real estate assets. The role involves drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and JV agreements as well as spearheading transaction due diligence. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in sophisticated deal work and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Strong analytical, drafting, and organizational skills are essential. Must be licensed to practice law in the applicable state.
