What You'll Do

• Maintain and update standard costs for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods in our ERP system.
• Analyze material usage variances, purchase price variances, and production variances.
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles with detailed cost inputs and assumptions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Production teams to understand cost drivers.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and documentation of costing procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years in accounting or finance, ideally with exposure to cost accounting or manufacturing.
• Skills: Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), familiarity with ERP systems, and strong analytical abilities.
