Storyteller, Visual Maestro, Creative Genius. Whatever term you want to use, this is you. And News 8 Now is looking for you. The title is Creative Services Producer, but what does that even mean? So glad you asked! But first, let's talk about the first question on your mind. This is a full-time opportunity with excellent benefits and starting pay rate of $18 per hour.

So, how will you manifest your creative genius once you join our team? First and foremost, you'll be producing top notch commercials for Coulee Region businesses. This means concept, script writing, graphics, videography and of course, editing. Sometimes you'll fly solo. Sometimes you'll work with the rest of the team. Your creative eye will be producing high quality video and graphic commercial spots for our clients. Working closely with our Marketing Consultants, you are on the front lines making :30 (or less, or more) stories that know how to showcase a product or business.

But that's not all. Television is changing, and we need someone who can be a “Content Creator.” Yes, that flashy, buzzword term that can mean so many things. But for us here at News 8 Now, it means specialized and exclusive content that showcases our area and drives viewers and users of our online offerings. Again, you'll be working with a variety of great people in our Marketing & Creative teams, as well as our News Department.

We've already established that you are an excellent visual communicator, but you're going to need to bring that personal element. Face-to-face communication and a personality that gels both internally and externally. You provide and receive constructive criticism with ease, because your focus is on the project, not your ego.
