The CRM Data Analyst – Junior Salesforce Administrator will report directly to the VP/Director of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Corporate Intelligence. This role requires tenacity to support the Hilco CRM Team with data integrity initiatives, contact and company research, cleansing event registration lists, and standardizing fragmented data formats. This individual must effectively work independently on assignments and in a team environment with the Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Global Business Development Operations, SVP, Marketing, VP/Director of CRM and Corporate Intelligence, Associate CRM Manager, and Database Analyst. Responsibilities
List Cleansing:
• Harmonizing contact lists, identifying data gaps, sourcing missing data, and formatting consistencies.
• Leveraging Microsoft Excel functions, formulas, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), or related software for ease of repeated data structuring, manipulation, and formatting.
• Preparing CRM import-ready spreadsheets for the database ingestion by the CRM Analyst.
Data Hygiene:
• Analyze CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies.
• Standardizing existing CRM data entries, consolidating data variations into one unified version.
• Grooming CRM database contacts and company records, addressing database gaps and inconsistencies where applicable.
• Documenting current and proper data cleanliness procedures and best practices while continually testing and refining operations.
• Oversee CRM database enrichment via Introhive portal and syndicated data providers through automation or large-scale manual imports.
Data Sourcing:
• Sourcing company and contact information from data providers such as LinkedIn, Pitchbook, Debtwire, Capital-IQ, ZoomInfo, and RocketReach, to efficiently groom existing data reports for greater accuracy and completeness.
• Integrating existing database company records with SIC and NAISC code integrations.
• Working with high volumes of contact and company-based information data, both from within the company database and from outside sources.
Data Analysis:
• Conduct CRM adoption and BD analysis and Corporate Intelligence analysis for sales enablement insights.
• Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project milestones and challenges.
• Experiment with the effectiveness of AI tools to maximize efficiency in populating, reformatting, and cleaning data.
Technical Learning:
• Learn new platforms such as Salesforce, PowerBI, Tableau, and GPT applications such as OpenAI, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Grok, etc.).
• Pursue certifications in the above to demonstrate competency.
• Apply new skills to increase performance/effectiveness.

Qualifications
• BA or BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft, etc.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in dynamic and fast-paced working environments.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/processes at one time.
• A strong team player who is comfortable working in matrix environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain high confidentiality of personally identifiable information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook). Characteristics of Success

In compliance with the New York & Illinois Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role in Illinois is between $75,000-$85,000. This salary range does not include discretionary bonus or other forms of compensation or benefits which are offered in connection with this job. Several factors are considered when determining a candidate’s compensation. Please note that the salary range listed for this position is based on the level of experience outlined in the job description. If a candidate's experience differs from the requirements, the salary may be adjusted accordingly.
