(Remote) CRM Principal Product Owner

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with executives, users, vendors, and stakeholders to identify opportunities and address business needs.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and demos while overseeing feature development and enhancements to improve user and customer experience.
• Track progress against OKRs and measure impact on business goals using data analytics and market research.
• Support feature intake and quarterly stakeholder feedback processes.
• Lead and develop a team of direct reports (Product Owner and Scrum Master) to drive product strategy and execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or higher in related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
• Experience in working with Agile/Scrum work environment as a Product Owner: writing user stories (JIRA), and following the development process through user story acceptance.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud; familiarity with HubSpot, AWS, and related CRM technologies preferred.
