Job Description

Bellair Charters/Airporter Shuttle is a fast-paced, growing company who is seeking career minded individuals to join our team of professionals. We hire hungry, hardworking people who are positive problem solvers, compassionate customer service representatives, eager to work and team players. We provide on-the-job training and many opportunities for advancement.JOB FUNCTIONS

Schedule and book reservations by telephone for Bellair Charters/ Airporter Shuttle, Grape Line, Gold Line, when time permits
Respond to customer emails
Greeting customers who walk into the office
Work as part of a team to grow and improve the business
Assist with taking Greyhound and Grapeline reservations, taking care of any walk in customers.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong customer service skills
Attention to details
Professional attitude and attire at all times
Excellent written and verbal communications
Ability to handle information confidentially
Experience with Excel and Microsoft Word is preferred
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and upbeat personality
Willing to work weekends

COMPENSATION:

$19.75 to $21.00
Training Wage $19.00
Raises are based on skills acquired and demonstrated rather than hours worked, or seniority so get paid more the more you apply yourself.
With the potential for raises and bonuses for good work as well as the ability to move up in the company and increases one's wages.

The company contributes 75% of all healthcare benefits after a 60-day probationary period for full-time employees who average 30 hours.
