Job Description
OVERVIEW:
We provide quality care and education for children 6 weeks old through kindergarten. We are seeking a Curriculum Coach. The position ensures our goal of educational accountability and instructional efficacy which provides an educationally effective environment. We seek a candidate with strong managerial skills, teaching experience and outstanding customer service experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement Onboarding for all new teachers
- Ensure all teachers are trained on curriculum
- Ensure al teachers are implementing curriculum standards
- Train all teachers on operational and educational technology components and ensure they are being implemented in each class
- Ensure all teachers and student materials are available
- Observe teachers daily routine and classroom implementation to evaluate performance
- Provide feedback based on individual student observations and performance data
- Mentor and coach teachers for skill improvement and classroom management
- Plan, organize and conduct training conferences and workshops for all teachers in a group settings.
- Conduct student assessment testing.
- Follow weekly schedule for classroom observations and schedule teacher conferences to discuss results and improvement plans when needed.
- Review student test data with teachers and parents during parent conferences.
- Administrative duties as assigned by management
- Emergency/back up student bus driver on occasion.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred Associates Degree considered
- 3 years experience as a Curriculum Coach (5 year without degree)
- Computer-literate
- Able to collaborate with multiple individuals at varying levels
- Effective in written and verbal communication
- Able to establish effective working relationships with teachers and school administrators
- Able to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Very organized
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
