Your Role on the Team

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role plays an important part in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming community for our residents. As a Custodian, you'll take pride in maintaining common areas and community grounds, assisting with trash-outs of vacant units, buffing and waxing floors, and supporting light maintenance tasks that help keep the property running smoothly.

Who is our Ideal Candidate?

• Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred
• Willing to jump in and help where needed
• Interested in learning and growing in property maintenance
• Valid Driver's License required
