At Chapel View, you'll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that takes pride in making a difference every day for residents and families alike.As a Custodian at Chapel View, you'll be responsible for keeping our lovely facility in great shape and contributing positively to our residents' lives. We're seeking someone with a friendly, upbeat personality as our ideal candidate.Position Type: Part-Time, working a varying scheduling including weekendsWage Range: $17 - $20.42 / hour depending on experienceLocation: 615 Minnetonka Mills Road, Hopkins, MN 55343Custodian responsibilities:

Provides carpet and floor care in common areas, offices and stairwells.
Disposes of trash from common areas and offices.
Additional duties may include cleaning windows, elevators, wheel chairs, and moving/arranging furniture.
Follow scheduled maintenance program.
Follow-through on projects with little supervision.
Perform manual tasks and carry out all given job related instructions.
Keep detailed reports of ongoing and completed projects.
Perform other duties as requested.

Custodian skills/ requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Prior custodial and maintenance experience.
Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
