Custodian

Foamcraft is the leader in foam fabrication and has been for decades. We are looking for someone to join our family as a part-time  Custodian at our Mitchell location.

This role starts at $13.00 an hour. Employees are eligible for $0.50 increases four times in the first year based on performance – or up to $2 in the first year. We also pay a $60 weekly perfect attendance incentive for all those who qualify.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning front offices, break rooms and restrooms throughout the plant.
• Other tasks as assigned

An ideal candidate will have a positive attitude towards their coworkers and their job. Must be dependable and flexible. They must be able to understand and follow all company policies and regulations.
