JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a custodian, you will be responsible for the upkeep and custodial services at our facility. Routine daily cleaning tasks and cyclical cleaning will be part of your normal schedule. As part of our support team, it is your responsibility to keep the overall indoor appearance of the building at the highest level.
This is an on-site role located in Wichita, Kansas. The scheduled hours for this role are Monday through Friday from 4:00pm – 12:30am.
DURING A TYPICAL DAY (IF THERE IS ONE)…
Clean and sanitize all areas of the office, including restrooms and common areas, daily (i.e., break rooms and control room).
Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
Clean and empty garbage and trash cans daily.
Identify and communicate minor maintenance projects to the appropriate management team member.
Always foster a culture of safe behavior and environmental compliance.
Maintain a team environment at all times and champion POET in the community.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
High school diploma or equivalent required
Fluency in English
1 Year of experience preferred for the role.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Excellent organization and time management skills with a sense of urgency that drives results.
