This role follows an onsite model to accommodate business needs while maintaining team collaboration.

Hours: Monday – Friday ; 6am – 3pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs and office space.
• Empties trash and garbage containers.
• Notifies management concerning need for repairs.
• Cleans snow and debris from sidewalk; front and back entranceways.
• Understands where all Facility electrical and water shut off locations are located.
• Understands operation of floor scrubbing machine and custodial equipment.
• Monitors and communicate building cleaning supplies and breakroom coffee, paper products and utensils.
• Additional duties as needed.

Education and/or Experience:​ High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence. 

Driver’s License:  Must maintain a valid license to drive at all times.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to odors or airborne particles and potentially hazardous chemicals, utilizing proper protective equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
