Role Overview:

Customer & Business Solutions Representative III. This role is highly dynamic, covering all aspects of customer service-from assisting with product selection and order processing to managing inventory.

But that's not all! You might also gain hands-on experience in the warehouse, including stocking and retrieving items, making deliveries, operating a forklift, and assisting with maintaining a clean and organized office. Talk about a well-rounded role!

A Sample of What You'll Do in this Role:

  • Handle electronic order entry and processing utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software

  • Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner

  • Submit and code bills and invoices to the AP department for payment

  • Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs

  • Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory

  • Support the Sales Team with inaccurate customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns

  • Prepare reports with minimal supervision

  • Act as informal team lead

  • Ensure administrative tasks are completed

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 4+ years of experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience using JD Edwards or similar ERP system (JDE training will be provided if needed)

  • The ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios

  • Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The base compensation for this position ranges from $19.93 to $25.74 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
