The Role
As a Client Success Specialist, you’ll be the heart of our client experience—supporting policyholders, answering questions, and ensuring customers feel confident and cared for. You’ll act as a trusted advisor who makes insurance simple and empowering.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong client relationships post-sale
Guide clients through policy benefits, updates, and claims
Educate clients so they clearly understand their coverage
Collaborate with team leads for smooth onboarding and support
Serve as the go-to contact for service-related needs
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and people skills (you love helping others)
Tech-savvy and comfortable working remotely
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Customer service or insurance experience is a plus (not required)
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada
