Customer Courtesy Delivery Driver

Pettus Ford Fredericktown is seeking a reliable, professional, and courteous Pickup & Delivery Driver to join our service team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in providing an exceptional customer experience by transporting customer vehicles to and from our service department. This position pays $17 per trip. If you’re detail-oriented, friendly, and have a clean driving record, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely pick up and deliver customer vehicles for service appointments

• Ensure timely and efficient transportation of vehicles between customer locations and the dealership

• Perform vehicle walk-arounds and take photos prior to transport

• Accurately document vehicle mileage, condition, and pickup/drop-off times

• Provide a friendly, professional interaction with customers

• Communicate with the service team regarding scheduling and delivery updates

• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent Pettus Ford Fredericktown with integrity

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

• Ability to handle and drive a variety of vehicles, including trucks, SUVs, and the occasional manual transmission

• Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and be on your feet for extended periods

Compensation:

• $17 per trip
