Job Description
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a dynamic team specializing in face-to-face customer engagement and brand awareness campaigns for nationally recognized clients. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working directly with people, creating positive interactions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Our client builds brand presence by implementing field marketing programs inside retail locations designed to drive sales, strengthen local brand awareness, and create meaningful customer connections.
The Customer Experience Associate plays a key role in representing our client’s products and services through face-to-face interactions with customers. This individual will focus on creating positive customer experiences, answering questions, identifying needs, and guiding customers through the sales and service process while building long-term brand loyalty.
Job Responsibilities
Engage customers through face-to-face interactions in a retail setting
Deliver a high-quality customer experience while supporting sales initiatives
Educate customers on current products, services, and promotions
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Accurately input customer data and track daily activity
Assist with in-store marketing campaigns and promotional events
Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service and sales goals
Support training and professional development initiatives
Complete additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Student mentality and willingness to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service or sales experience preferred (not required)
Team-oriented, reliable, and professional attitude
Comfortable working face-to-face with customers in a retail environment
